It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on here.
This site so far has centred around nutrition and exercise. I’m planning on expanding on this.
I’ll be introducing you to some other personal projects I’m working on and take you through that learning journey with me as I go.
Basically I will continue with the nutrition theme but also talk a bit about mental health and creating a harmonius lifestyle.
